You must use the cards within those packs to build a deck while adhering to the following rules:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eYour deck must consist of \u003cstrong\u003eexactly one leader\u003c\/strong\u003e, \u003cstrong\u003eexactly one base\u003c\/strong\u003e, and a \u003cstrong\u003eminimum 30-card draw deck\u003c\/strong\u003e. Your sideboard includes all of the other cards you opened from your packs.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eYou can use any common base for your deck, even one that did not come from one of the booster packs you opened. You can only use a rare base if it was in one of the booster packs you opened.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eYour draw deck \u003cstrong\u003ecan include any number of copies of the same card\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere will be \u003cstrong\u003ethree rounds\u003c\/strong\u003e and the winner of each match is determined by \u003cstrong\u003ebest-of-three\u003c\/strong\u003e games.
